Add SyncraCare to your iPhone home screen
Open your loved one's care plan with one tap, just like an app. It takes about 10 seconds in Safari.
Open this page in Safari
Use Apple’s Safari browser — the Share → Add to Home Screen option is only available there. If you’re in another browser, switch to Safari and go to https://syncracare.com.
Tap the Share button
Look for the square-with-arrow icon at the bottom of Safari (or at the top on iPad) and tap it.
Choose Add to Home Screen
Scroll the Share sheet until you see “Add to Home Screen” and tap it. You’ll see the SyncraCare icon and name.
Tap Add
Confirm by tapping Add in the top-right corner. The SyncraCare icon will appear on your home screen.
That's it!
Once added, tap the SyncraCare icon on your home screen to launch it in full-screen app mode — no browser bars, and you're still signed in.
